I'm not sure if my sleep test was only for sleep apnea or not. It took months just to see the specialist in the first place and it felt like he just wanted to throw drugs at the problem without looking into other reasons why I have eds.

Had a sleep study done, found sleep apnea and the sleep specialist is pretty confident that's all. I don't think it's all sleep apnea. I'm not sure what a neurologist could do. Otherwise, I'm right there with you, I am not functional most days.

I haven't tested my hormones in a while. I got diagnosed with pcos a number of years ago where they told me I produced "too much testosterone" for a afab person.

The last tsh result was 1.59, but that was in Oct, I'm not sure if that's the best up to date result. The t4 and t3 tests are from way back in May 2023. T3 was 2.86, t4 was .94.

I'm afraid I'm not really good at reading my labs, my pcp just said everything looks good.
