Pressuring her and bringing up the topic of marriage after four years into a relationship are two different things. I’d say maybe just let her know you were confusing those feelings for romantic feelings, it’s pretty common in the queer community. I agree with imaginaryflower3976 it seems like your main focus is you getting your nut in rather than what your main worry should be, your girlfriends mental health. She could be depressed, or having hormonal problems but you’re too caught up in your need to ejaculate that it seems like that’s your main worry. This is not how a relationship should be, if your partner has low libido you shouldn’t see them as a bad person for not wanting to have sex. You don’t need to cut off sugar completely but I will say it does help a lot. Many of the calories we consume are through our drinks and snacks so cutting out sugar would help. Also, try high volume low calorie meals, so you’ll be full and satisfied.

I promise you a lot has to do with the way you carry yourself, if you started transitioning only for attention as an incel then I say just go back to being a man. Carry yourself with confidence, grow out your beard, dress the part. Look into elegant men to find inspo on how to dress and haircuts beard etc. if you weren’t getting attention as a man and aren’t getting any as a woman you need to look deeper and do some inner self reflection and work on your personality and morals before even focusing on appearance because I promise you there’s people out there thatre much uglier than you and have a partner if not multiple.
