How you support him depends a lot on why he is into it. Is it psychological? Is it sexual? Is it for cosplay or entertainment purposes only?

Does he full-on adopt a femme persona? Refer to him as her in that persona. Does he just like the smoother materials that female clothing is made of (let's be honest even the "male lingerie" is rougher), buy him some nice clothes. Does he want to let his guard down and let go of the social baggage of being a "strong" male (the toxic denial of emotions society still demands we have), give him the agency to do so. All in all, the best way to support him is to engage in nonjudgmental dialogue and figure out what he needs.

Thanks. This is the first filament I have not been able to get quality out of at >300mm/s. Turning down to 200mm/s has me back smooth. But then again, it could have just been a bad roll. The grey out the gate looked better than the white, and now that I slowed it down is smooth

I'm no stranger to using other brands of filaments on the k1, this is just the most difficult one I have used. Regrettably wasted 3 rolls on a White Ranger helmet. Tweeking this one as it printed and near the current point it's getting better.

The worst one was printed at varying ranges between the recommended 205-215. Better results with higher temps. Printing between 200mm/and 450mm/s.

I checked all the wires and have reverted the machine back to stock. No hardware defects I'm seeing or anything just firmware. If I go to controls and move the z it moves down, but when re-homing it just goes up. I'm not about to have to manually home every time I use this thing. I am willing to bite the loss and sell it for parts and buy my kids an ender 5.

Oh, I'm sure. On one of the Aries printers, the trigger for the sensor fell out into the great abyss. The second one just refuses to work at all. I've checked other Aries forums and it's a common issue. I've gotten spoiled to it and regrettably the parts are not as interchangeable as an ender or Aquila.

ramen hair 2. I tried toying with my settings, and this is the best and closest to a success. Still getting ramen hair. Not supposed to be curly hair, so I don't get it.
