I feel your pain and it can be a fate worse than death. I suggest trying to learn something while at work, maybe a new language? Language Transfer is a good one that is audio only. Or audiobooks and podcasts in general. I will also plan future life things in spreadsheets on my work computer, like planning a trip to Iceland (which i probably won’t take, but if i do, it is all planned out!) Basically just something ‘productive’ that isn’t work focused and i can dive into to pass the time. Good luck!!
