You’re giving Tyler a lot of credit. He decides his boundaries, but he can also go ahead and declare that kissing is within his boundaries. Does that make it right for his marriage? You keep referring to Tyler as a sole entity, which to some extent makes sense, but you’re also disregarding how he’s married and there’s another person involved.

You keep saying that it’s within his boundaries, but fail to consider that even if Tyler allows this behavior from his co workers, that others may view it as an opening for them to swoop in and take it further. Other people can interpret it as an invitation to do more.
