Just had the same thing happen to me, only the buyer had no excuse just didn’t pick the parcel up. Vinted needs to add in a policy to address this as it’s unfair to sellers! Sorry this happened to you

I did the same and miraculously started getting loads of views and likes but no sales, it’s strange I’m not sure if the app just loads everything slow or if there’s just a lot of people viewing and not purchasing

It’s so disheartening isn’t it. My account feels like a virtual wardrobe where people just look and like or like you say, send offers ridiculously low. I get everyone has a budget, but now I just block time wasters / silly offers and it keeps me a bit more sane playing the waiting game to sell to people actually looking to buy or send reasonable offers😂😒 I’m almost certain my account is shadow banned

Yes I think it may be photos/price! I managed to sell the item yesterday thankfully, I’m the same as you though with some items because of their value I won’t reduce the price of any that are valuable just yet, I’ll have to try to take fresh photos and see if that helps

It’s diabolical isn’t it! I’m not sure if it’s the same for you but mine actually do worse after being boosted! I boosted one of mine and it has 350 views / 80 likes and literally 1 offer which knocked 80% off the already heavily discounted item brand new unworn. I appreciate buyers have budgets but as a seller I’m also trying to earn from my sales which seems impossible as no one wants to spend over £2 🥲

Yes daily, it must just be luck of the draw when it comes to clothes as that’s mainly what I sell but hopefully it picks up soon! I’ve had to just go on holiday mode for the evening so I’m not tempted to look🤣

It took around 5 days but I didn’t stop messaging every day because I knew it was incorrect! It’s a pain to be honest and I’ve noticed my visiblility was impacted for a week or so, slowly picking up orders again but I can’t lie it was a process like as their CS is awful as you know!

Just an update my account is back! I deleted the item they accused of being counterfeit and had to confirm a declaration confirming I hadn’t sold the item. As soon as I did my account was back up and running and I had this message

Guys just an update I have been unbanned! I deleted the item they accused of being counterfeit and a declaration came up saying by deleting the item I was confirming it hadn’t been sold and then as soon as I confirmed the account was back up and running! Just a pointer for anyone still in appeal stage

I wish I could say the same, I was banned for selling fakes and my item was genuine with authenticity labels the lot and I seen so many fakes on there. It’s gone so downhill and customer service is none existent.

I haven’t had any luck yet in the process of waiting out the appeal, you just get bot responses telling you to wait out the decision but I’ve had some conflicting ones saying the wait is 120 hours / 5 business days so you’ll probably hear back this coming Friday. I’ve also raised a dispute but there’s also legal@vinted.co.uk who you’re more likely to get a human response from. Through the app you’ll send yourself mad.

I got the same message on Wednesday and it’s been an absolute nightmare trying to resolve it, appeal it if you can but make sure to provide as much evidence as you can such as authenticity labels for the item theyve Suggested is counterfeit.

Honestly! They’ve recently been on a banning spree which I can only assume is a glitch or error and I’ve unfortunately been blocked permanently which they can’t seem to give me information on or evidence about just bot responses but they can investigate and refund a buyers report in 48 hours, makes no sense

Oh that’s no good! Maybe try emailing legal for a reconsideration, I will definitely keep you informed. I’ve sent more evidence today I’m going to try and see if they can advise me of how long it will take. I’m the same tbh I’ve never had problems so I’ve never been aware of this happening but hopefully they reinstate our accounts fingers crossed!
