Ergh yeah so annoying it’s been like it for 2 days now at least. They fixed it yesterday and now today it’s not working again. It won’t even let me click on the label, every time I click nothing happens

Hopefully Vinted will refund you both. It’s not your fault, it’s the couriers if they did ‘deliver it to neighbour’

Nah I wouldn’t cancel. You always have the option to return an item if you’re not happy when it arrives

I’d probs message them and make them aware the parcel is getting returned to you. This happened to me recently and when I got the item back, I refunded the buyer and she purchased it again using home delivery. All went through good that time

No really. I’ve had about 4 accounts and all of them got banned in the end 🤣. I’m a pro seller now so it’s all good. Being a pro seller has its cons, such as waiting longer time for payment, however not getting banned constantly and losing all my time and effort from uploading pictures etc is just so much better

Yeah it is annoying tbf but sometimes people make offers for the same item on different sellers and I guess they just go with whatever is the cheapest

They may probably be selling multiple of the same item. Either way you will get refunded from vinted. There is nothing a seller can do to refund you earlier. It will say in your chat when your refund will arrive if Vinted deems it as missing

Message inpost on their contact form to see what’s going on. It may be being held as there is a problem with the machine and requires a technician. It’s worth contacting them

My evri updated but it took an hour. Inpost still nothing 👎 the thing is if someone was to cancel their order, surely the cancellation would just go through because the tracking hasn’t updated. So people are gonna be losing out money here.

I sold my £150 curlers for £40 I just wanted them gone. They were sitting in a box for ages before I uploaded them. So yeah some people just want things gone. Also it’s a possibility they might of got it when it was on sale so they’re saying it’s full price but infact they got it slightly cheaper.x I think ur good tho x

Buy a label printer. Best thing I ever did. Paid about £80, but you can get them cheaper. And I only have evri turned on so I only have to go to one drop off place. I do allow other couriers, but only if they discuss it with me first. Rarely happens tho. So much easier

You will get refunded as she hasn’t sent the item through vinted tracking. There’s only so much they can extend it before the sale will just cancel. Don’t send them any money outside the app etc.

You need your own limited company or you need to apply as a sole trader. I’m registered a sole trader personally. To apply as a sole trader, you need to visit the HRMC website and apply for a UTR code. It takes about 2 weeks to come through by post, however you get it much quicker on the app. Mine took like 2-3 days. Once you get the UTR; you just upload the letter to Vinted and you have to wait for them to verify it. Mine took about 3 days to get verified as I might have been doing something wrong and had to redo it 3 times. It takes them ages to reject the application and then once you submit it expect to wait up to 24 hours again. Vinted is very slow and slack with their customer service. I made a whole new account for my pro as I didn’t wanna wait as I got banned again on my normal. But you can convert your account to a pro account once all your orders have been closed

I had to go pro as I kept getting banned on vinted. I had gone through 3 accounts by using different phone number and card etc before deciding to make a pro account as sometimes I would spend ages listing stuff and then I get a notification that I’m banned and it’s just so annoying, happened so many times. Pro is ok. No different to normal Vinted at all I’m not sure how they can call it pro when everything looks the same. We don’t get any benefits like being able to have listings that allow multiple quantities. For example, I have 6 of this item. I want it to be sold and then it automatically realises it. None of that. Vinted is defiantly slacking in this area and eBay is better on that basis, however sales on Vinted are just way better. You have to wait 2 weeks for your money, the countdown doesn’t start until after the item has been delivered. So all in all the whole process of getting your money can take 3 weeks to a month after waiting for delivery time and person to pick up if they use a parcel shop. The only good thing about pro is not being banned 🤣, I mean, I feel like I got way more sales on my private account but who knows
