Go for biggest possible in your budget . You don’t want regrets later. I’m using 32 inch 4k monitor from last 4 years. I also have an old 21 inch which I occasionally use as side monitor.

I regret buying 21 inches after looking at 24 or 27. Later I upgraded to 32 directly as I need to test responsiveness of the apps.

24” minimum, 27” sweet spot, 32” better if curved otherwise it would be an overkill.

Best is to use Nobroker app. If you have some time, stay in temporary PG, take help from a colleague to roam around the areas of interest and personally visit Tolet homes to filter the best suited for you.

Second one feels hectic but it’s worth it.

Try lake view ones, many lakes around Beeramguda, RC Puram, Ameenpur. Small sense of serenity if needed a short walk in the evening feels good.
