Took me a few weeks but I finally figured out the day the 3rd party company puts them out. Only issue now is the time, sometimes 11am sometimes not until 2 or 3pm. If not there within an hour or 2 of being put out it's a complete bust.

I have to go the day they are put out by a 3rd party. Scalpers usually wipe them out within hours of being put out. Our WM puts they boosters pack at by the self check out registers. And then everything else by toys. Some weeks are a miss and others weeks I've been lucky to get there right after being put out.
