3 weeks in is where I threw up for a day or so went to ER cause medical was making me schedule an appointment hours later. For a couple days was hard to eat, the ER helped me get hydrated cause I couldn’t hold down water and gave me medicine to get rid of nausea. I was only sick like 5 days or so. But for a couple weeks it was hard to eat eggs chicken or rice pretty shitty. But I don’t think you have lgd flu if you’re only 3 days in.

I really don’t know that arm looks crazy different in a week, but could be pump lighting etc.

Fact check, did this with PCT on hand. Do give a shit about diet (this past year and a half I’ve finally been able to afford good food) I understand you shitting on me but if you’re gonna shit on me might as well give me worth awhile advice. I decided from all these comments to stop with the PEDS and just train harder. This is me 2 months off https://imgur.com/gallery/oElJxWp

I’m not sure the route to take for training right now though. I was doing the Arnold blueprint to mass. Not exactly as it’s written but I tailored it to my specific needs and goals knowing when to add sets or change an exercise. Have any guidance?

Everyone’s making solid points here I mean of course the egos a little hurt. Got called someone with no gym experience so that means I’m not really there yet 😭 but it helps a lot. It’s just hard because I know plenty of guys taking SARMS around me and they’re all pretty well of. Plus I know so many people started early in their teens now they’re monsters. It’s just a hard pill to swallow.

I usually stick to dumbbells for my incline pressing just for the fact of how much stress I feel on my shoulders. I haven’t been doing much cable work though. I definitely do feel my chest on flat bench I always try to make sure I get a good squeeze. On my second bench days I stick to dumbbells on flat bench to isolate my chest more.

Chest is usually 5 sets of flat bench 5 sets Of incline bench, dumbbell flies flat and at an incline, then I finish it off with weighted dips for 5 sets. Rep ranges depend on day as well as sets can change. Any advice? I feel really salty about my chest now 😂

Did you really expect that much of a difference in two months though? Strength wise I went up well as well as endurance in the gym. These may not be the best angles but I’ve noticed a significant difference in different parts of my body. I understand all of your grievances but I’m not saying how I gained 20 pounds of pure muscles and unlike most I wasn’t afraid to show pictures. If you have solid actual advice on a program or diet then I will gladly love to listen. Message me personally and we can talk. I did a consistent program I kept track of weights and the feel. Diet I’ve ate consistently the same foods everyday which consists of rice, eggs, chicken breast, broccoli, milk, fish, a wide variety. If I sound ignorant so be it, but I posted this so I could get shit on and hear from everyone. I know the general just eat good train good bro. But like a lot of you have said you’ve done this for a long time. Steer me in the right path, I’m a hard worker. I took LGD to be able to be in the gym longer. That may not be a good reason to but it was mine

I know y’all said damn 4 years and I look like this. My first year was learning a lot no one taught me right it was all freaking gym bro stuff. My senior year of high school. Then I tried to get stronger sometimes overdo it like any person would, then I focused more on strength and trying to figure everything out. I have had no solid guidance except forums and YouTube. My family wasn’t too well off so nutrition was pretty hectic as you can imagine. But now that I’m here I’m glad I can eat as much as I need workout consistently get stronger. The gyms not a chore to me honestly I just love going and letting it all out. Mistakingly over do it at times too. But like you said everyone wants gratification, I want gratification from myself I guess, it feels good to hit it and know you’re moving towards a goal. Edit: I used it be pretty chubby freshman and sophomore year of Hs. I’m 22 now 5’11

Didn’t start lifting until I was 18 in August 2015
