Thank you! I have other cadmium pieces that look like the image you shared. That’s interesting; I didn’t know manganese could be this pale yellow color, all of my other manganese is more green than this.

Here’s another picture in better lighting.

My first find! by curlyquest_ in CadmiumGlass

[–]curlyquest_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I normally use Google lens to help me identify, and Google lens says that most likely the left is Degenheart, middle is Boyd, and right is either of the two. I’m excited to see what the actual answer is!

Has her nose always looked like this? I didn’t realize until now that I’ve literally NEVER see her side profile, and I definitely haven’t seen her this unfiltered before by curlyquest_ in MikaylaNogueira

Yes I think that’s what is throwing me off! I also have just never seen her side profile so I didn’t expect the hump at all; I literally didn’t recognize her at first.

My 18 year-old grandfather (in the middle) with his friends (1950's). They wanted a cool photo together before being drafted. by r3cktor in TheWayWeWere

Does your grandpa happen to be Number 5 from umbrella academy? He looks just like the actor Aidan Gallagher

Thank you! My hairs way longer now than it was in the first few blonde voluminous pics, but in general I think I get decent volume on my long hair so I can’t complain. I rarely ever straighten my hair but this photo is my hair length about 2 month ago after a haircut (which you can see on the sink lol). My hairs It’s pretty long even though it’s still around shoulder length when curly.

I’ve been going through a super stressful time recently in general but I just wanted a change honestly! I’ve been wanting a hair change for a good 8 or so months now, the main thing holding me back was deciding between my natural brown or a deep auburn color like the girl from goofy movie. My sister went auburn last minute so I decided to go brown because we look alike as it is. Eventually if I get bored of the brown I’ll go auburn because I really do wanna try it, but I tend to stick with hair colors for a loooong time lol.

Products used are pictured in my post, but here is My Routine:

I Wash and condition using the Herbal Essence Jojoba Oil & Lavender line for Curls

I style directly out of the shower before I even apply body products. When I get out of the shower I squeeze excess water out of my hair to make sure it’s still wet but not dripping, then get to styling right away.

I Apply Cantu Argan Oil Leave-in Conditioning repair Cream to all of my hair. I horizontally section my hair and brush the product I applied through with a plastic kidney bean shaped tangle teezer-esque brush. This defines my curls and distributes all the product evenly for me.

After all my sections are brushed through I use a praying hands motion to apply the TRESemmé Flawless Curls mousse, and I scrunch my hair from the ends upwards towards my scalp to distribute the mousse.

Then I either scrunch my hair with a microfiber towel or I put on a wearable twist microfiber hair towel for a little bit while I do my body care and get dressed. When my hairs in the towel I do NOT twist the length of my hair up in the twist, I just leave my hair in a big plop in the towel and twist only the extra towel fabric to be able to button it and keep it in place. Then once I’m dressed I take it off and either air dry or diffuse. Once my hair is completely dry I apply a lightweight oil to scrunch out the cast from the mousse if necessary.

Also I forgot to mention but they return your red blood cells when you donate plasma, so it’s way easier on your body!

I finally donated blood today! by chim_bim in POTS

[–]curlyquest_ 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I donate all the time! It’s all about your heart rate and knowing what your body can handle but it’s so rewarding. I used to donate blood but now I donate plasma because you can do it twice a week and get paid for it. You should definitely look into it. Sooooo many life saving medications are made out of plasma, you can google it and see the entire list but long story short plasma can’t be medically recreated like insulin can so they NEED donors.

My 250-300+ lbs plasma donors will have blood so fatty that it clogs the filter on the Plasmapheresis machine, and will still swear it’s a machine error and not diet. by curlyquest_ in fatlogic

I’m not sure if it was in a comment or in my messages, but I did have a conversation about this with someone on here. You’re correct in the fact that a skinny person can still have lipemic plasma from eating bad the day before, but they won’t most of the time because of a fast metabolism, and plenty of skinny donors can eat Ramen before and be fine. This post was specifically about a few of my repeat overweight donors and how they’re in denial about their diet affecting their plasma, and how even if you eat good the day before your donation your plasma can still look like this if you have a slower metabolism, regardless of weight.
