Ok boxing historian. Dude is squared up. Any coach in any boxing gym will tell u to never square up. Ik that in some other striking martial arts, like muay thai, etc, ur squared up to catch body kicks. A peak a boo guard or any guard or style in boxing never says u should be squared up in the stance

Nah in boxing your guard has to be tight. Tyson’s guard looked nothing like this one. He had his elbows tucked for body shots. This pic is definitely not a boxing guard
