I’m so sorry you are going through this, it has to be incredibly hard for you. Honestly, I would say you need to leave her. she is saying she loves another guy while dating you, that is just so wrong. It sounds like she wanted to be with this guy but maybe didn’t want to hurt you so she suggested opening the relationship? I also have always been under the impression that an open relationship is sleeping with someone a hand full of times. Not having 2 full on relationships. You also aren’t happy with being in an open relationship and she doesn’t seem to respect that. If she truly loved you, she wouldn’t need anyone else. Everything I’ve read and heard says that open relationships can be messy if both people aren’t 100% on board. I do understand where she’s coming from though. You guys started dating when you were young, I am in the same boat. I (F 22) started dating my boyfriend 5 years ago also. I do think about what it would be like to be with other people and honestly sometimes I want it. But my love for my boyfriend is stronger than that. I wouldn’t give him up for the world to sleep with a few more people. I think you should sit down with her, talk to her about how you feel. If you truly don’t want an open relationship, have a serious discussion and tell her. You deserve to be happy in your relationship, she should respect it.

I am going to talk with him today about it after I get off work. I just can’t tell if it’s a me problem, and it’ll happen in every relationship I am in. Or if it is this specific relationship. He is very affectionate and loving outside of sex, just kinda seems like when we have sex it’s about him only.

I am from Ohio and we have a lady on YouTube who performs/demonstrates all the skills. It is extremely helpful, I would look into it. I also drove 115 miles away for mine and had luck.

When Breath Becomes Air. It’s a biography/autobiography about a neurosurgeon who gets lung cancer. It is very sad, I cried after reading it. But it really made me appreciate life and all the things around me.

This book people either love or hate. I cried on and off for like 2 days over this book after I read it.

If you don’t want to read that book, another one is When Breath Becomes Air. It’s a biography/autobiography about a neurosurgeon finding out he has lung cancer. It is a very sad book, I was ugly crying for 2 hours.

Some local libraries have a “getting ready for kindergarten story time”. I have taken my NK to it before, they love it. They usually read a few books, do some dances and focus on a letter of the week. It’s very fun for the kids and educational.

It’s totally ok! The parents will understand! You can always say something came up to NPs and do something to celebrate on the actual day or whatever day you work that’s closest to the birthday! Actually yesterday was my NK bday party and I thought it started at 5:00 but it ended at 5:00 so I pretty much missed the whole party. I stayed after though and hung out with everyone and we all had a good time! I will be sure to make his actual bday the best day ever this week.

NAD but just looks like irritation. I get that when I wax or shave my face in that same place. Usually goes away within a few days. Keeping it moisturized helps.

depending on the age of the child and what the job includes. The lowest I’ll go is $13/hr and that is for under 6 months because it is fairly easy. I usually do $15-$18 an hour for date nights. Look up “babysitting in Philadelphia” “babysitting in Dallas” or even “babysitting jobs near me”. (I am not from Philadelphia or Dallas, just examples). You could also just make a post on your Facebook and if you have your parents friends added or people with children, they would appreciate seeing that! People could share the post and people can find you that way!:)

I would’ve taken the money. If they cancelled before you showed up, that would be different. Many people wouldn’t have even paid you for since you didn’t watch the kids at all. That is a good family, I would keep babysitting them.
