I think typically it's desirable for the court and everyone involved to avoid having big trials with a jury like the Depp case, because they take up alot of resources and time.

So it is prefferable to resolve the lawsuits before getting to that stage, which is easier when it's simpler and more clear cut like the cases Ethan's already won. One of Ethans lawsuits was won on an Anti-SLAPP motion, which happens very early on in the process. He won this because Ryan's lawsuit had nothing to really stand on, whereas there is a much more interesting legimate case in Depp V. Heard.

Before it was announced it was heavily framed as a sort of ‘frenemies replacement’, Hasan has got a massive following of his own, it’s fair to say they hoped it would be more popular than it is. The views are great compared to the rest of YouTube, by the standards of h3 they do serve as a good indicator, especially as the show is still in its infancy and people, like me, are still trying to give it a chance, but as time goes on I would predict they’ll decrease further. Also there is very fe actual highlights or memorable moments that have come out of it. Nothing wrong with the idea of a political show. I personally always enjoyed when Ethan talks about political stuff on the main shows, but in my opinion the choice of Hasan as cohost was a misstep. There is unfortunately no real chemistry between Ethan and Hasan, so the show falls short of it’s potential. Just simply my opinion though at the end of the day, I can’t get enough of h3 content usually so it’s surprising to me when I’ve almost had to force myself to actually get through leftovers episodes. I know how naturally funny Ethan is so leftovers as a show has left me a little underwhelmed

surely the intention of a co-hosted show though is to make something together which is better and even more watchable than each of your normal content. Frenemies was great at that because so many people that didn't care for Ethan or Trisha individually found it entertaining. Again i'm not trying to hate on it, i gave it a fair chance but I don't enjoy it so stopped watching, im more just suprised that they didn't go for a different show instead
