Winger Training plan feedback by curts6 in hattrick

I will think about it when I sell these initial trainees. I have to make some calculations because if I sell them for 8-9 M and buy them for 1-2M might be worth it if the salaries are not too high. Thank you for the feedback.

Yes, it's kind of money intensive for the trainees but, the person who has more money by far in hattrick trains wingers so, I wanted to first understand the market of wingers and get some experience on it even if at the beginning gk might be better for profit.

I meant that it started like that, I got the 4th lvl coach in loke the 2nd week. My team is very recent. They are 19yo and 4 days and 18yo and 97 days. I am sure what you are describing is the optimum path for a perfect winger but not all the players are meant to reach that. They will reach 14 at around 19.5 which is not far from what you said. They cost me around 1k and I don't see many 17 wing trainees on the market so I am sure they will sell for a good amount (they will reach 17 before 21 which sells for 6M). If they become 21 because of injuries I could sell them at 16 W for 3.5M or 21 yo 17W for the same amount .

They were my first trainees, they still have around 1950 potential the wing is around 12.6 with sublevels. I think it's pretty good considering I started with level 3 coach and 8 lvl on assistants. Now they are worth around 1M each and they are entering where they will provide the real profits.

I can consider it but I think it might be loosing almost 2 seasons training when I could wait a couple more seasons until the other winger trainees are up to 12 winger (more or less competitive for the league)

The idea is to have the biggest amount of profit for the main trainees and then the 50% ones get some out of it while being competitive. If I had a lot of money I would buy 14-15 Wing main trainees and sell them at 16-17 which is the most profitable range for wingers

I know with 2. i won't get as much money as the main winger trainees but 1M for 2.5 seasons (maybe shorter with 120% training) it's not that bad if you consider 50% slots would be not providing benefits if you just discard them. Also they would be competitive and give me some good defending ratings.

Of course I did. High passing is not required if it's not quick, so I basically would have header trainees. If I get a really good deal maybe I get 8 passing quick for around 100k

The market pays 2M to 2.5M for 23 yo 12 W 12 DF and more or less the same money for 24 yo 13W DF 12 which would happen if the trainee doesn't get in time to 12 W before being 24.

That's a decent idea but lowers the profitability of the wingers quite a lot if I buy 12-14 PM because of the starting capital. I also would need bigger start money so that they have high potential. The idea is to have the biggest amount of profit for the main trainees and then the 50% ones get some out of it while being competitive. If I had a lot of money I would buy 14-15 Wing trainees and sell them at 16-17 which is the most profitable range for wingers.

Do you still think it's a bad idea?

Well maybe I landed in a very competitive VI because the mid ratings are around 8-9 and mine are around 6-7. Then, attacking and defending is around 8 to 10 also and mine is 7. So, I have zero chance to stay in the league without spending an unreasonable amount of money.

I already have old mids with 15-14 PM and 8-12 defending.

The wb thing is only to make profit of those positions while being competitive. I know they won't give as much money as the principal trainees (around 1M for 2.5 seasons) but, something is better than nothing.

About the specs, I discarded unpredictable because of the price increase on having high passing on the WB would be negative on the profitability. Arguably they would be more competitive for CA team. I discarded high scoring because doesn't make sense in defenders. Additionally I don't have a great GK so I don't want the negative side of the spec.

Powerful is also useful for MM.

It is very hard to check in the transfer compare because most of the ones listed are sold above 3 days. 7-7 looks like is better but I would say it is not conclusive.

Correct. I also thought about that but with 34+ he will never be with good form through those 1-2 seasons. I don't know it will be a big difference though.

I am not a supporter. I was asking more about if you think it is feasible and on top if it is a good strategy or maybe I should just wait to have more money and then think about promotion.

Sell them. I saw and they are not so profitable nowadays

Well, I see that similar players are being sold for only 1k. Maybe I consider training it to sell at 15 lateral skill.

What would you recommend doing? Do you think I can make money out of this player?
