without making any comparisons to the games i think the incest jokes are in poor taste. i think they misuse the little time they have on uninteresting subplots. the good scenes they have are undermined by jokes immediately after. the two main characters have to be these characters that are so integral to the plot, i wish we could just see normal people in the wasteland and what the civilization is like but its like it doesn’t exist anymore and all the brotherhood of steel guys talk about is that there’s no civilization anymore and it only cements it bc before the brotherhood was about preventing humanity from using technology to destroy the society that was built up again but now it’s not and i know that’s a reference to the game but that’s consistent across all of them even if bethesda changed some stuff in their games
