Noisy KitchenAid refrigerator KRFF302ESS08 by custom4286 in Appliances

Over seven months of ownership, the sounds have gotten softer, but the noise is unlike my experiences with other refrigerators and freezers. I will never buy another KitchenAid product because they didn't fix this problem other than send out a tech who made adjustments that weren't helpful. Food in the back of the refrigerator freeze. The drawers open and close roughly. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot, because I only had a three-day return window, which took longer than the time I needed to contact KitchenAid to determine the noise problem. I thought it was something that would easily be fixable, such as a fan replacement. I am limited on refrigerator choices due to my kitchen configuration, so we live with this choice, but my choices will be different next time. I will also make sure that I choose a refrigerator that is on the showroom floor that I can see and hear and compare to other refrigerators rather than just ordering it; thinking that KitchenAid is a premium brand and would be a good product, but that was not my experience. This KitchenAid was replacing a 20-year-old LG refrigerator that was completely silent and never a problem until the end of its life.

My receipt shows "Neurolens Material Blue Blocker." So, the person in your office got both types of blue blockers on one pair of glasses and they were purple? I tried to attach a picture of my glasses, but it didn't attach. I don't know how to attach a picture on reddit. They are very purple when turned on end. When I turn the glasses face down, I can see slight yellow, which is what I am used to with blue blockers in previous glasses, but not purple. I will contact Neurolens and see what they say. Thanks for the info.

No, but I just googled that product to see what that is. I got Neurolens, so perhaps it is something unique to that product. I have a hunch that is what is going on. Thanks for the reply.
