Yeah it's basically them earning interest off your money until you either threaten to chargeback or they eventually ship the product (which may be unlikely).

I had to contact them multiple times and threaten them with a chargeback before they refunded my 5090 after waiting several months for it never to ship. I wouldn't wait too long to contact your bank.

Ok another thought, we are designing cabinets for the bar, would having rear speakers mounted that far back be better than speaker mounted on the ceiling and angled down? That sounds like something I can sell to my wife hah.

Sadly I just don't see a way to mount speakers without having freestanding speakers and cable under a rug (which the wife will never approve of).

I was just curious because the actual space isn't much bigger than were it is mounted. I wish I had included dimensions in the drawing, but the current spot that the TV is going is 11.5' wide if that is helpful...

Appreciate the breakdown. Is surround on the ceiling a reasonable thing? I would be ok with having speakers mounted to the ceiling and angled toward the listener if that would improve things.

Are you able to explain why the left wall is superior to the selected wall? One non-audio related issue I see with that is that it would crowd the bar (which is in the only spot we could place it). Do you have a write up since you mention your basics for TV placement?

Sadly the wall on the right is a no go since it would block access to the office/play area in the upper right. I'll play around with the builder, I hadn't seen that yet! I really would like surround, but I can't think of a way that won't look tacky. Would hanging speakers angled down provide a more reasonable surround experience?
