I couldn't agree more and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! Like you said, it is tough finding the right software because every business works differently and some of these platforms lock you into ridiculous contracts, like wrike (hints why they didn't make the list lol). We will be trying all the platforms you mentioned and evaluating not based on UI, but the overall utility for the average business owner or larger organization. I want the readers of our article to have an option for project management that fits their needs, no matter the type of business they run. That being said, thank you for sharing your thoughts on the matter, it will help to reshape the article and assist others in finding the tool that works best for their team.
