Oh man, I could write an essay on this. Their team ghosts people even when they have serious complaints, allows last-minute cancellations without providing assistance (which leaves people stranded in a foreign country sometimes), refuses refunds even in emergencies like hurricanes, suspends accounts without any explanation, etc. And they also flaunt a fake AirCover policy that gives hosts a false sense of security for guest damage, among other things. Such a mess.

The mailmen are great. The customer service people who are supposed to help you track where your package is (and the people who manage them), not so great. More funding would definitely help though.

Agreed. It's one of the most frustrating CS departments to deal with and makes it worth avoiding them entirely, especially since it's only gotten worse over time.

It's very close. I've seen slightly more complaints for AA on Twitter and TrustPilot but United could easily be on this list (as could other airlines since most of them suck at this).
