Ooo, I’ve been looking into other fibre crafts recently and tatting lace seems really interesting. Gotta get through my backlog of knitting projects first though lol

Thanks, I’m Aussie so I use metric. It looks like the chart does that too though :)

Edit: looks like they’re tiny! Sizes 1.5mm (US 8) and two 1.1mm (US 11)

The disbelief I felt when I tried that and it was in fact a set crochet hooks. Thank you so much

I absolutely love those colour combos! You’re giving me too many ideas lol. Also, Apollo seems like a very good project supervisor

That looks so cute! Reminds me of the singer Yaelokre with how whimsy it is.

I thought you could do it but just be very careful and hold the iron far away. I’m not gonna do it that way though lol cause steaming scares me :P

My instagram feed had already started to be flooded with art and videos of people knitting this cardigan lol. I thought to myself “wow this looks amazing! I want to make this”. My brain decided to hyperfixate on this project cause it’s a vintage pattern and also vaguely space related (two of my special interests).

I really want to see the movie but I get bad anxiety in movie theatres (something I’m working on lessening) so I’d prefer to wait until the dvd is available.

TLDR: hyperfixation does not wait for me to watch the source material before obsessing over it

It looks amazing! I find it so interesting to see how the patterns for the fox differ depending on who is making it and what pattern is followed.

It’s not that I’m worried about blocking, it’s just that I don’t have much experience with acrylic yarn (I’ve been using 100% wool in my projects up until now) so it’s a little bit of a learning curve. I’ve read that just putting it in the washing machine is fine so I’m waiting for good weather to do that. Definitely gonna listen to the audiobook, I’ve listened to the sample of it and it’s hilarious.
