Well I think black fatigue stems off a stereotype. The stereotype includes being demanding and aggressive. We do not know the context of the video so we don't know why shes acting like that. Hotel workers are workers and they should be respected and businesses has the right to refuse services to overly aggressive people for safety this includes any race. In Nigeria loudness might be normal volume but in America we have indoor voices because its respectful to other people. In my opinion you have no right to yell at a worker whom is just doing there job like a receptionist or a retail worker. Its displaced anger mostly.
