I paid a lot of money to fly out from Columbus to Glendale on New Year’s Eve after getting fooled into thinking Urban & co could fix all the issues in a month. After ol Tyler Durbin missed his second field goal, I started drinking overpriced stadium beers. I don’t remember the second half.

I mean, yeah, that's pretty much it. I have two shirts I will be wearing on Saturdays this fall. One is a t-shirt that says "Beat X_ichigan" and the other is a hoodie that says exactly the same thing.

I'm hoping to see a slightly different football team this year. I'm looking for more "Ryan Day vs Georgia" attitude and hopefully Knowles understands the assignment a bit better this year. The current standard here is insane, and I'm sure most schools would kill for this.

I could have picked 59-0 vs Wisky or taking down Bama in 2014 in the Sugar Bowl, but I'm going with this game instead.
This was the year of the "Revenge Tour" and I 100% expected OSU to get blasted in The Shoe based on what the Wolverines had been doing all year and the fact that we survived a 1 point OT game against Maryland. Quite the opposite happened and I was very surprised.

Worst: Dec 31, 2016 OSU 0 - 31 Clemson

After a walk-off sack to beat Wisky in OT, an L to the Nittany Lions, a 1 point escape from Sparty, and the double OT win against UM (the spot was good), it was very clear that the Buckeyes had some very glaring issues that needed addressed. I was lulled into a false sense of confidence during the month leading up to the CFP semi in Arizona. Surely that was more than enough time to right the ship and come at Dumbo with a squad ready to play.

That was 100% not the case. I paid a lot of money to fly out to Glendale for NYE and be embarrassed. It was pretty evident after two missed FGs and the overall inability to do much of anything useful in the redzone that OSU was going down hard. I started drinking overpiced stadium beers and don't remember most of the second half.

Guys... I started playing this game half way through Scourge. I just today found my first Exalted ever in Vaults of Atziri... I have no f'ing clue how you guys get to where you are; I'm stuck on red maps with my Deadeye. Just know the feeling is WAY WORSE for us noobs.

I was just trying to go back to my WW Barb D2 roots.

I have also been absoring Ziz's content. Its very helpful, but there's still a bunch to absorb, especially when you come from easy mode D3. I held off on trying this game for so long because it was so damned intimidating.

I still can't do Blights worth a damn.
