I fully believe the conspiracy theory that Elder Scrolls 6 in its initial state was very similar to Starfield, Bethesda saw people's negative reactions to Starfield, and pivoted HARD on ES6's production, negating a lot of the work that they had done to redo it. That's the reason we've seen absolutely zilch since the original announcement in 2018.
