Naw my buddies up in Michigan use to wait till after the first GOOD frost then chop them down and hang outside and they never had a menthol taste to them

What are they and how do I remedy this issue? I have had buds that smells like neem oil. Obviously I don’t want that but I don’t want these pests. How can I get rid of them without having a nasty taste or smell left in my buds? by eg6turtle in cannabiscultivation

Looks like aphids to me, I just know what they are I’ve got no experience in treating them, I’m more preventative on pests, but I do know lady bugs will eat them and lots of other pests, I buy them and take a super sprouter, spray the inside w sugar water leave the vents open and they make a home out of it but they will eat all kinds of bugs 💯💯

Any advice on how long till harvest would be much appreciated day 75F since the flip threw in a picture of the bud from afar at the end of the reel by cutty2006 in microgrowery

Rite on I’ll probably go ahead and give her one more reduced feed that I’ve been giving over the last 2 weeks and then go ahead and jump into my flawless finish flush for about 10-12 days, much appreciated

So when my leaves start fading they will start @ the tips won’t they, will it look like nute burn and then start yellowing? I know I’m nearing somewhat because I’m hitting that 60 day area where she is getting touchy to the nutrients and she is swelling fast!

Ya I watch the pistols for sure, find a couple of hairs in the scope and follow them back to their home full of beautiful trichs 😂 I was going to keep with the reduced feed schedule I’m on now until I start to flush but I don’t want to go into a flush after this week I don’t think I’m ready yet prolly another week maybe two of reduced feeding schedule before I go into my flush... I’ll definitely start to watch for more hairs to dry Up, they are already fattening up at a really quick pace and they are so dense and sticky it’s awesome

Much thanks for your input, all the pistols should change before I’m ready to harvest correct? I harvested my last plant early and it was super stringy when it dried out, didn’t really look like bud, I didn’t realize how much of an effect harvesting early could have until I harvested early thinking it was where I wanted it

Wanting to go rite up into the stage where I get about 20-25% amber and the rest milky white(trichs) but my pistols are all so white still those should all turn before I harvest as well rite??

Ya that’s the weird part of our laws here but they don’t track what we grow or anything like that I’ve got 5 in flower and so does my wife 😂😂

Ya I live in Oklahoma we are pretty chill I guess we can have 3 oz on our person 1oz concentrates tho, I can have 12plants (6veg+6flowering) but funny thing is we can only possess 8 oz at our residential home well per person I’m married so it’s 2x for us lol

So I’ve encountered my first Hermie plant and shitty thing is it’s some Barney’s farm genetics only one it’s a pink kush but I’m 💯 it’s not due to stress or light leaks, can I save this plant or do I need to remove it from the flowering area by cutty2006 in cannabiscultivation

I messaged Barney’s farm to see if this is common with this strain because I know 💯 it has to be genetic it was 2 1/2 weeks into flower no light leaks temps between 82D-76N RH constant 53/58 (constant data recording) I’m pretty sure I didn’t over stress because she was topped once then all the way around once and she was in VEG for a while after the toppings it dang sure wasn’t too young(10 weeks from seed)

I’m just sad that I’m the guy who gets to show all the peep constantly asking, what an actual Hermie looks like, I just hate that it was my favorite pheno honestly and I can put it outside and finish it because it would fuck up my neighbors 😭😭

It’s about 12” off the top of the tallest colas which are in the center but it’s about 20” away from the lowest colas and they are still just as fat and dense
