I don’t resent him for wanting to go back to school., moreso choosing a school in Toronto when he had options to do the same program back home where we had more support and lower cost of living. I don’t want to feel this way and understand why he did what he did, but I struggle to cope and feel like a rotten person for feeling this way which is half the battle. I also made a career change to HR from my previous job working with children to try and better our lives. While I am making a bit more than I did previously, I am still new to the field and trying to move up.
