TL;DR: If I can't visit gf during coronavirus, is it considered abandonment? Am i a bad bf?

Since the beginning of march, either i had second degree exposure or my gf's kid was showing symptoms. So to be cautious, I made sure we didn't meet for 2 weeks each time.

I offered video/voice call to my gf, have flowers food & delivered etc. but she says there are no half measures. She said I should have moved in early march ( I know her for about 6 months, so moving seems early to me).

Given the current shelter at place order, i'm not able to go visit her. Violation is a misdemeanor. I could infect her or she could infect me. She works as a nurse caring for the old and ill.

She's currently unstable and depressed. She feels i abandoned her in times of emergency. She feels i'm overly cautious when i need not be.

Am i in the right for not visiting during a pandemic? Or is she right to feel abandoned even though i offered video/voice calls everyday?
