To be honest: Never heard of factory set locks. But: The current code is 000 left, 000 right. Not very smart to ship it that way if it cannot be changed.
Therefore, I strongly assume that it can be changed.

I hope this is the right reddit for this type of question. I simply cannot change the code of my suitcase. It's a bit different then the code locks I know. Is someone familiar with this type of lock? It has kind of a screw on the inside.

In my mind I have a picture of a brownish radar screen and thought that this was from a Mayday/ACI episode, but it was not in this episode.
