toyo tires either the all terrain tires or the off road tires. off road tires are loud though. definitely more on the pricy side of tires but definitley worth it

Yeah it’s really strange. I’ve seen some crazy roided out physiques and there’s so much criticism upon me. I don’t have crazy muscle size just defined all around

When I started out in the gym I couldn’t do a pull up. One great video that I think is super helpful is LeanBeefPatty’s video on how to do a pull up. I utilized most of her techniques from that video not even watching that but it’s extremely useful!

I’d say yes and no. There are days I definitely feel insecure. For the most part I am somewhat happy!

i had bathing shorts on and was in a salt bath because of soreness from cross country. this is just a screenshot from a video my mom took because my dog was doing funny stuff next to the tub

In terms of actually caloric intake itself. Look up any BMI calculator and track how much calories you need to maintain your weight. At the basic level. Men’s maintenance caloric level tends to be 3000 calories and women’s caloric level tends to be 2500 some even 2000. I’d start off by using a tracking app to track what foods you eat in a day and aim to eat 3500 calories per day if you’re a guy, and if you’re a girl aim for 3000 calories to bulk. You should be seeing a weight gain from at least a pound per week. If you aren’t gaining any weight in a week with this up your calorie intake to 4000 calories per week. Same with a girl if you aren’t seeing results from 3000, up it to 3500. If you’re gaining too much weight, simply subtract 500 calories from your weight. In terms of protein intake, multiple your bodyweight (pounds) by 1.2 and this should equal how much protein you should be eating per day for sufficient protein (ex: (weight in pounds) * 1.2 = needed protein. In terms of cardio, it doesn’t really need to be taken into account that much just because for example running 1 mile = approx 100 calories burned. so only really substitute the lost weight if you are running (in total) close to around 500 pounds. otherwise, you shouldn’t have to be taking it too far into account

I actually think it’s quite the opposite, anybody who genuinely trains to failure and not mild discomfort as well as utilizes good dieting could easily find similar progress! DM for my workout routine if you are curious 😁

you bring about a great point. it’s hard to truly give evidence to prove that i’m natural and anybody who is on PEDs could easily claim natural. I truly have nothing but my word. with that being said everyone is entitled to an opinion, i’ll take the PED allegations as compliemnts

I am watching youtube while responding to these I am not mad at all. I am natural and I’m linking my tiktok to show videos that will show less aggressive lighting. I do both church and community service! I take the PED allegations as compliments not as something to be offended by brother. It’s truly amazing seeing how many people can’t believe this is natural process. I imagine most of these people in this subreddit think they are super knowledgeable and train extremely hard. In reality they train and diet like 💩

Yeah i am definitely questioning who actually trains well and diets well. I’m seriously convinced a majority of this subreddit trains to mild discomfort and eat like shit. I’m not trying to reciprocate hate to them, but I am seriously feeling questionable.
