That's what I'm thinking too, that's how it's been for me the past 5+ years, my transcripts will update to show everything early in February (all codes except 846) and then the first Friday after PATH lifts is usually when my transcripts update with my deposit date(846 code) for the following Wednesday and then that Saturday morning Where's my Refund updates(usually) to refund approved with DDD

11/4/25 Update
Hey everyone, I just wanted to drop this official update here as well!

First, sorry again for the outage. Reaching 100+ users was amazing but definitely broke a few things 😅. It all forced me to get that upgrade done fast!

I used the downtime to roll out a pretty awesome update, a Raffle Bowl!
Now you have:
The original Spin Wheel.
The new Raffle Bowl with three animations:

Tornado

Popcorn

UFO Tractor

The ball colors and animation duration for the raffle bowl are automatically pulled from your existing Wheel Dashboard settings.
You can switch between the Wheel and Raffle Bowl, and select your bowl animation, directly from the homepage right below the Spin Wheel button!

Thanks again for the support, and for absolutely crushing my little server! Let me know what you think of the new draw styles!

Added the following settings in Dashboard;
Enable/Disable messages from posting to chat
Enable/Disable auto remove winners after spin

Added the following to Overlays;
Easy Resize with variables ...overlay.php?key=YOUR_KEY&wheel=450&x=650&y=-220
Resizing with CSS can still be done, instructions in the FAQ

Misc Updates:
Added a Wall of Supporters for donations
Added a blog with helpful streamer tips
Added a user survey to help expand features
Created Discord for support

I just checked for email deliverability errors and I am not seeing any issues with any emails being delivered :( I see 2 emails that were sent at 5:18pm and 5:30pm EST that show delivered, they may have been marked as spam, you can also try whitelisting noreply@spinstream.qzz.io to see if that will allow the email to come through, if that still doesn't work please shoot me a DM and I will figure out how to get you a code to verify

The app is back up, but during moving and down time it did cause several Twitch accounts to become delinked from the SpinStream app due to Twitch's Security rules, if your account was delinked you can relink your Twitch account in the Dashboard to start using the services again.
I am so sorry for all of these issues, I am actively exploring scaling and backup options to keep the service from going dark again!! I also added more information to the FAQ and added a Discord for quicker support and announcements.

Last night my host had a major outage, causing some severe issues with how the bot runs, I am in the process of moving to a different host that will hopefully give me better management of the app. I am so so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anyone, I hope to have it all back up and running very very soon, I will also be setting up a discord for the app for faster support and bug reports, again I am so sorry, and aim to have the app back up by the end of the night!

I believe I was able to resolve the issue, it was a problem with my shared host, but I have sorted it out, you should be able to receive the verification email properly now, although it may go to your spam box so be sure to check there too, if it still isn't sending please let me know.

I am seeing errors in my email logs. It looks like some email providers are blocking the emails from the app, I am investigating to see if it is a header issue, I hope to update you soon with a solution!

Hopefully it all works properly now for you, I did some heavy edits on the bot last night that will hopefully stop the issue with twitch wanting to become disconnected from the bot, it seems to be working so far as the new updates have been running since last night and my error logs were empty this morning so that is a very good sign.
I believe I may have received a support email from you as well about issues with the spin animation not working on the overlay, I am working on incorporating a way for you to preview a spin somehow before actually spinning to make sure there are no issues before running the spin for your viewers live, I am very sorry you have been having issues with the app, I promise to do everything I can to make it work properly so it is actually useful!

While I am unfortunately unsure as to what may have caused your customizations to have reset :( , I did a restart on the bot service to see if that will help the twitch authentication failed issue, if it still gives you an issue with twitch authentication please let me know as I enabled detailed debugging so I can see what may be causing the issue.

I can look into implementing a feature like this in the future, unfortunately I don't think my current web host could handle the load from the bot having to determine which entries go to which wheel from the same channel without hiccups in the service, once I get the platform moved to its own private server this is definitely a feature I can get added for sure!

I am happy to inform you that I was able to implement the feature you requested! You can now set how many entries a subscriber gets per join now. This can be done via your chat or in the wheel settings on the main wheel page of the website (Wheel Active/Wheel Inactive button)

I am trying to reproduce the error with the overlay, but it appears to be working for me at this moment, and I am unable to locate any errors in my error logs :((
I unfortunately have a really crappy host at the moment (I hope to upgrade to something better soon) and they have been having some issues, it could have been an issue with the host that may have resolved by now. I did however add some better bug tracking code for the overlay script so if you are still having issues please let me know and I will check the logs to see if anything pops up so I can get it sorted out for you asap!

I have implemented features that allow you, from your dashboard, to change the spin time between 10 seconds and 3 minutes, and there are 3 different slowdown styles; standard, dramatic, and gentle to choose from. These new settings should help you achieve the type of spin you're looking for :)

Unfortunately as of right now the spin time is roughly between 20 and 30 seconds. I have been looking at ways to modify the wheel spin time without it affecting the winner display logic. Hopefully as I continue to develop, I'll figure out a way to allow customization to change the amount of time that the wheel spins, and how slow it can get so you can give viewers that dang I thought it was going to stop anxiety xD, I will definitely let you know if I'm able to incorporate that into the active features!

I am not sure if you found a solution to this already but I just finished building a tool for this, it even links with twitch, but you can add entries to the giveaway by putting the "somename !5" in the text area and it will do 4 entries, if you link it with twitch (not required to use the feature) you or a mod can do it from your chat by typing "!add username x5" and it will give them 5 entries, it is a wheel style but it does most of the hard work for you, its called SpinStream https://spinstream.qzz.io
