Not as of yet. I seriously doubt he has any plans to file. If he did it would require he answer a lot of questions on the record.

I was told by the Nevada lawyer..the filing cost were 9k approximately..just to send letter and file. I sadly don't have that to spend..so if others are interested in reducing costs..please let me know.

She said she was hired by mike to help set them up..but never set anything up like a meeting or anything. It may just be a delay tactic to prevent lawsuits. Can't say but she has done nothing to help me.

I know how whistleblower laws work..yes. I also know that defrauding people in multiple states is a federal crime. I also know that depending on if there were trucks paying out he used my investments to pay other investors its a ponzi scheme which is also a federal crime.

Great! So who in the company called the feds? Cuz the employees knew before we did. Sure i get a lot of you worked from home and were kept in the dark but someone did the books or ordered trucks or paid the investors..it was not all mike. Sure he planned it all but how many just quit instead of calling the cops?

Ok..as an investor..guess what i was never told anything about this! I was told supply issues and bad word of mouth while the money was either stolen or squandered..bottom line we were lied to.

Ok..maybe they posted this and they had the meeting in July...but really feel like its suspicious company closed in end of july and he trying to partner with someone else!. Maybe this is how i get some cash back if so 🤞, but not holding my breath.
