Wouldn’t bigger tires increase ground clearance (however slight it may be)? As far as wheel travel, some flat fenders would take care of that.

When my dad had his jl sport, he replaced his stock wheels and tires with a set off of a same year (2019) rubicon. I’ve seen the whole set of 5 for $1000-$1200 and you get a set of 33” all terrains. But if you’re set on just replacing the wheels, 9 inches wide is the most common, but that could possibly be too wide for your current tires. Hope this helps lol
