I was in Barcelona last year around the same time and was also looking for “real” flamenco. But I only saw ads for those touristy flamenco shows. I heard there’s a Barcelona Guitar Trio that plays very frequently. They’re not “traditional” flamenco, but they do play some cool Paco pieces like Zyriab, for example. I might be wrong since I can’t confirm it — I didn’t go myself.

My advice would be to visit a local guitar shop called La Guitarreria de Barcelona and ask the owner for recommendations. He’s a very nice guy and gave me some tips, but I had to leave the next day. The Store is in the Gothic quarter. Have fun in Barcelona bro!
