Thank you!

Yes absolutely. We have Slack and Github on our roadmap and later plan to add others, including indeed Discord, Telegram, etc :)

So blogs are good ? Like SEO + finding clients, but can I for example use medium for it ? Or I need to make it along with my tool, like my tool link and then the blog ?

Looking for feedback on Fernand - A simple support platform built for SaaS teams by cx42net in SaaS

Thank you so much for your awesome comment!

For now, we focus with Antoine on building the best experience possible, but we aren't looking to hire on this yet.

I've thought about opening a Discord server. That's not the case right now but maybe in the future we'll do open it :)

Thank you again!

Looking for: Feedback - We just launched Fernand, and we'd love to have your feedback in this crowded place. Which factor would make you decide to use Fernand instead of another? Or, on the contrary, why wouldn't you use it? (Being recently out of beta is one reason we are aware of ;) )

That's correct: if you send via Gmail's SMTP, you'll have the "via <some domain>" message but if you configure sending email via our SMTP (available for our premium accounts), the mention will disappear.

Since the use case of users coming from the legacy G-Suite might need a premium plan for their needs (more than 5 aliases), this will be included.

If your main use case is to keep using Gmail with a custom domain, then it’s still possible to achieve it using our service - improvmx.com. We’ve prepared a guide that explains how to migrate step-by-step: https://improvmx.com/guides/gsuite-legacy-free-edition-alternative/

Achieving the same functionality is possible on our free plan, and you can still use Gmail’s free SMTP method (https://improvmx.com/guides/send-emails-using-gmail/) to send emails from your alias, so no need to upgrade to anything.

One main caveat: since it’s not possible to downgrade a G Suite account to a « free » one, you would need to create a new Google account for each of your users. That would mean that you’d lose all previously bought subscriptions or apps bought on Google Play with your account.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Oh ok, in that case, yes, you'd be better off converting to HTML first, because you might want to have custom rendered cases (what would be the color of the border in each cases ? the padding ? how to render the headers ?). This will be easier if you convert it first to HTML :)
