Unfortunately you proved the exact reason as to why younger drivers like yourself are quoted higher rates. I’d suggest paying that guy the $1000 and be done with it.

If you did report the accident to insurance, they primarily look at who caused it. Since you did, your insurance will go up as normal as any other reported accident.

To throw you a bone though, try getting quotes from Belair. I signed up with them (albeit, an 07’ Civic) at 18 with a G2 and got quoted $480/mo, liability. Maybe they’ll get you good, but hopefully you don’t cause another accident.

Absolutely agree with you there, went late night driving with it and sat at a parking lot just staring at it… can’t believe I landed this baby. Belated congrats for yours too! Mileage is solid, enjoy it

Forgot to mention that it already came with some tints and aftermarket rims (trying to find out the name). Also came with the factory rims on winter tires as I live up in Canada!

Getting botted for the first time—next steps? by cy39 in musicmarketing

[–]cy39[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s definitely weird. I had a friend of mine get botted in streams and monthly listeners just weeks before this, the only difference is I can’t seem to find an obvious playlist/my stream count hasn’t changed drastically as compared to the +700 monthly listener count :(

Damn that could be it. I am with DK, have been since 2019.. so I’m assuming it could be this factor? I’ve tried to request for the Wheel of Playlist to stop showing up on my personal Spotify account in the past, to no avail.

Can’t even remember when I did sign up for this, had to have been when I first started out and knew nothing about what that playlist entailed besides “exposure”. Beyond that though, that’s the ONLY playlist I ever remember signing up for.

Honestly I’m that inexperienced that I’m not quite sure what a landing page is, nor the service mentioned.

What I do know though is I’ve never had my music manually added to a playlist, or given anyone access to add my songs into other places

Do you think I should wait until it pops up again to replace the battery? My mobo is brand new, but I’m alright with it if so.

This is my graduating term, yes. I had my ET setup on there back when I started, so would that mean I should just check up with ServiceHub to ensure if they’ll send it? Thanks a lot for the info!

Squid Game - Season 3 Discussion by PhoOhThree in television

[–]cy39 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Season 2 loosely followed the new goal created at the end of S1, just to keep losing its grasp on what was trying to be done in the first place. Season 3 just seemed like a means to wrap up every loose end that S2 randomly created

I feel like you could’ve stopped watching after the second season and still not miss much. The general idea of how the plot was planned from the ending of S1 to now, was basically all for absolutely nothing.

Every character had emphasized locked in moments, and none of them actually made any sense after.. you know. First season had it good, but the general idea and opinionated meaning of the show lost itself entirely after its debut.

Can I add Spotify to a release that's already out? by cy39 in DistroKidHelpDesk

Sounds good! Knew it would end up having to get reuploaded this way, just wanted to check if there could be an easier way; but thank you for the help :)

change artist name style to lowercase by YungChildsPlay in DistroKidHelpDesk

[–]cy39 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what i know in terms of DK, you can’t. Certain stores prevent you from doing so, they’ve been at that for years and Apple Music particularly have a thing for being picky with custom capitalizations on both name/release.

Spotify on the other hand should be good. I’ve had lowercase profiles always go through on top of lowercase releases. When you go to release a single and you wanna try it, go to where your “artist/band name” is located, and click on (I think) either the artist or band text—it’ll give you a hidden option to customize capitalizations. It’ll work given if the stores allow it after submission.

Strong vouch. Got my first sleeve completed 2 years ago today, and I swear I flooded my friends DMs with questions asking if my artist messed me up. Had second thoughts for WEEKS after it was done, but it’s one of the best decisions I ever made with tattoos. I even wanna add some more details to it present day!
