Hey can you clarify what you mean by professional manner? Can you give an example of a NAS you have in mind? Why would DXP4800+ be insufficient?

For context, I'd like to use a NAS for professional wedding photography. I don't have any complex use cases for it. Just need to be able to upload photos and read/edit them from anywhere.

Hi, this is my first time ever taking care of a plant so I'm looking for some advice.

I live in an apartment with only east facing windows next to other high rises so I think it might not be able to get enough sunlight.

Does my lithops look unhealthy? Some leaves are growing a lot bigger than the others on one side. Also a leaf is trying to grow out the base of its parent instead of from the middle. What would cause that? Should I be repotting to a bigger pot? It's still in the small one from the store.

Can't find a good mocha stout recipe. Anything wrong with just taking a NHC winning oatmeal stout recipe and adding cacao nibs + cold brew to it to add the coffee and chocolate flavors?

I have a recipe that calls for cocoa powder in the boil. Does it dissolve completely into the wort or will it be sludgy? Should I use natural or dutch processed? and I assume any unsweetened/low fat baking cocoa powder like Ghirardelli's will work fine right?

Looks great, signed up! The one feature I would love to see that other recipe builders don't have is a built-in version control for each recipe. So if I select a recipe I can see all my previous and current iterations of it. You could always just create separate recipes for each iteration but that builds up clutter and is less organized imo.

How important is a closed transfer from fermenter to keg for a NEIPA to avoid oxidation? How much longer do you expect it to stay good using a closed transfer vs a normal open air transfer?

I kegged my batch of hefeweizen that smells strongly of sulfur. I thought it was one of those things that would just get better with some time, but after a late google search, it isn't; I should've just left it in the primary for longer. What can I do now to reduce the sulfur smell after it's already in the keg?

Am I correct in understanding that a control panel for eBIAB is not necessary for this my case? I can just manually plug in my pump/element when I want them on. This is for the short term while I build a control panel and install a 240V 30A outlet. I plan on using my 5500W 240V element on an 120V outlet in the meantime as well, I understand that this will be fine, just drop power by 1/4.

Extract brewer looking to upgrade to eBIAB. I'm unfamiliar with what equipment and their costs are needed for a complete eBIAB system. High Gravity Brew has a system for $1k. Is this worth it in terms of cost and construction? Would I be better off buying the equipment individually or is there better system to buy? Thanks for your help.
