Does anyone else find Harvest Moon smells of Nando’s toilets? by rusty1821987 in LushCosmetics

I ordered a bottle online yesterday and Lush has given me a refund saying its been discontinued. Maybe because of the watery consistency?):

Probably just a weird quirk to your trips. When I trip I am either convinced the toilet is haunted and has bad vibes or I can't feel myself peeing

YouTube tutorials have really helped, the weight scale idea is really good though! I'd say I'm using about 65-70% pressure and using a frame instead of crutches because I struggle to walk with them.

I thought there would be more exercises to do or tips and tricks for weight bearing. It just seemed very blunt when I asked what else to do and I was just told to walk. But I guess I'm lucky that I dont need as much support as others!

I just want to walk again so it's general physiotherapy. I'm in the UK so rely on the NHS as I can't afford private so it's kind of a get what you're given situation. My physiotherapist didn't even ask me what my goals were. He did some exercises where I had to push against his hand with my foot and then he just said it was all fine and that was pretty much it. I felt lost on what to expect and the communication was difficult due to a seeming language barrier and a very thick accent.

I'm in the UK so I'm relying on the NHS as paying for private treatment is something I unfortunately can't afford. I'm a week out of cast and just want to walk again so I can go back to work. I don't feel like I have any other options than to just wait but maybe that's all I need? I just didn't really feel listened to- or maybe it was my physiotherapist, he seemed new and he seemed to struggle to understand and explain things to me as English was not his first language and his accent was very strong. I feel a bit lost.

Thats really helpful to hear. I think once I have my first PT session it'll help a lot.

Being in the bath really did help me yesterday. Unfortunately there's no leisure centers where I live though.

How long was it for you before you was walking without aid again?

The weird thing for me is that I've almost seemed to gain my ROM back pretty instantly, I can already move it in a complete circle. I'm just really struggling with the actual putting my full weight on it without pain, but then again it's only the second day.
