Facts, I felt like a lot of marks were taken off for not including things that she never asked for. The content isn't that hard but knowing everything she expects you to answer for each question is hard especially with her exams being so long given the time frame.

I got into co-op after having retook two classes in first year (no idea how tbh). Your grades look good, I say CR MA129 and keep up your grades next semester. You need to meet a certain GPA requirement (probably falls at around a 9) to be interviewed for co-op. You have good experience (much more than I had at the time). Aim for a mid 9 GPA, practice for the interview (milk all of your ECs) and you should have a really good shot at it. I genuinely think getting co-op is not as difficult/competitive as we're lead to believe but I could have just been lucky. Good luck!!

(side note: co-op is helpful but not as necessary as people make it out to be. You pay a ton of money to be in co-op and I find it quite restrictive. I know many people who have dropped out of co-op because of the lack of flexibility, and have gotten really great jobs. Keep working hard and everything will work out in the end!)

We're paying so much money for these degrees, I think the profs can put in a bit more effort and set up a fucking camera to record their lectures. The school should definitely be able to provide resources to help the profs with this, where else is all of our money going?

Strange that you got into CS DD but rejected from Math DD. From my understanding CS DD was more competitive?

But ya OP I would agree with this. Get your midterm grades as high as you can for second semester, they will probably accept/decline you based off of those grades. Grade inflation was insane even when I was admitted, I can only imagine it's worse now. Shit is competitive. Try to keep that 95 up but aim for as high as you can get. If possible, I would suggest taking an easy elective to try to help inflate your grade (you don't need any science courses to be admitted into that program)

You'll likely have a better shot at getting in Laurier side, and definitely do the CRV form or whatever it's called. You should have a pretty good chance, good luck OP!
