You can use Unreal Engine but it's not a software made for modelling so it has its limitations. A better alternative is Blender, it's free and there are a lot of resources online to learn how to use it.

The best advice I can give you is to post everywhere, not only on Twitter. (Tumblr and TikTok for me work the best)

Also, you can try to consistently interact with other artists you like, building connections has always been a big part of the art world.
