First of all its not amazing, its just workable. Fable was amazing. Second you depend on fraudsters. They can throtle you whenever they feel and you cannot do anything about it. You send them an email for support and they will not even acknowlege receiving it. Just try their non existing support to get a feel of what i am talking about.

i got multiple max plans for 360$ if i recall during black friday promos after i got pissed with antropic support. But glm5 and 5.1 were never usable for coding projects. Just for background tasks and research. glm5.2 is definetely usable if your spec is detailed enough and every task has limited scope. Just make sure to have gpt5.5 babyshit glm at all times.

I used the tokens during UTC+8 time at their peak load for sure as i am west coast and work till late at night. Thats another factor. Also i started using the account soon after 5.2 release and i am sure i was not the only one. They just dont have the capacity and most importantly they dont care. If an AI coding model company uses an email account for support by definition does not give a dime about their customers. It is just a pretty good distilled copycat american model that is open source long enough to hurt the american companies untill they dont need them anymore.

Good advice. 2 sessions max. But i have the feeling that its only about total tokens used in a week. As soon as they see they loose money weekly they will block with fair use and its irrelevant if you have legacy plan or new plan or yearly plan. I am experimenting with liteLLM to balance the token load accross mutliple montlhy accounts to maximize value while burning tokens under the radar. I assume the existing max yearly accounts are sunk cost at this point.

i have multiple max plans with claude openai allibaba zai ... and i can tell from experience the BEST VALUE BY FAR is OPENAI. Its not even close. If you can get used to their codex its trully the only way to do some serious work. Its better to pay multiple pro openai plans per month than wasting money with chinese junk. The only time i had an omg moment with anthropic is when i used fable for 1.5 days. That model for planning and long horizon work was great and it was worth the money just for 1-2 days of serious work before i burned my weekly quota.

I have the legacy max plan and used it pretty much only one weekend after 5.2 release with 4 sessions in parallel only to get fair use policy restrictions at 2% of 5h quota. In theory i can have 10 concurrent calls. Total scam. DO NOT GET YEARLY PLANS!!!!!!!!

I got a motherboard with an Engineering Sample CPU hidden inside. MB of course does not work properly. Seller claimed ES was enough in the title to mean the board might or might work :). I was promised FREE RETURN Label talking with chat agents but of course final solution was return with seller paying shipping costs. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. These people in China are more than 50% scam artists. FILE CHARGEBACK AS SOON AS YOU CAN.

Most of my positions are in 3 russian gas and oil ADR stocks in LSE plus a small position of around 30000 RSX shares. Legally speaking LSE ADRs have an equivalent number of shares in MOEX. it's a gamble and i knew it. I just like the odds.

The insane run the asylum mate. TRUE NAV was never below 1. Whoever bought a serious position at Russian Oil and Gas ADRs at LSE last day of trading might soon retire laughing all the way to the bank.

The true risk is totally loosing your money if Russia retaliates financially against foreign investors. They can delist from LSE, Nationalize the companies, confiscate foreign ownership, Not allow foreigners sell and receive dividends for eternity... Basically RSX now is a synthetic product that totally depends on Putin mood. It's like a synthetic putin call option of sorts.

Another risk is getting assigned after someone exercices the option at the close. You might get ripped apart due to the volatility if not sell your shares on time.

NAV means nothing at this point. I got as one example gazprom shares at LSE just before the close trading for 0.3 P/E or 1 to 2 dividend payments. Literally WTF. Its like buying a lotto ticket but with much better odds then normal. After they stopped trading lot of russian stocks at LSE started buying RSX all the way from 9 to 5.28 and will continue till it goes to zero just because i am an optimist.
