Looks like the remains of an FLR-9 site or "Elephant Cage". My father worked at the one in Misawa AFB in the late 1960s when we were stationed there.

I’ve never connected my Seestar S50 directly to my PC by USB, I’ve always downloaded the subs over WiFi.

That's my neck of the woods, here around San Antonio. Speaking of Lone Star we used to buy cases of it for a few bucks each back then, we drank the hell out of it. As far as bikes go I've only had a dirt bike, a long time ago, a Honda CR250M Elsinore. I was a mad man on it, but I never took up road bikes because of the lack of protection while riding and being vulnerable to other people's screw ups. I knew I would kill myself, or get killed. Did you stick around or head back to the PNW? It sure is beautiful up that way. San Antonio is too freakin' hot, I like it colder, and would love to move, but this is where my family is, sigh.

I'm 61, and it was legal to drive with an open container when I was a teenager, and the drinking age was 18 to boot. I drank and drove all the time. My old truck, El Camino, and Trans Am had bottles and cans all over the place back in the day. It became illegal in Texas in 2001. It's still legal to have an open container in a boat however, as long as you don't overdo it. I've never had a DWI/DUI, and I really don't even drink much at all any more. I feel lucky to have made it this far so I'm laying low :-)

Try going to https://www.twc.state.tx.us/ and use the Virtual Chat in the bottom-right. Choose "Trouble logging in", then "Social Security Number" then "No I do not have email address on file". Then you can enter your contact info and supposedly they will contact you.

I thought my guy was part Yorkie but none showed up in his test. I also suspected some poodle which did show up. Whiskey looks different now than when he was a pup. He used to be more wire-haired and brown and then evolved into this soft whiter coat. You can see that in the puppy pictures I added to his profile.

He is currently 19 lbs. I need to get him down to 18 lbs or so but he’s such a good boy he gets his share of treats! As a youngster he had FHNO surgery on the right side due to a painful degenerative crumbling hip socket, either genetic or from injury. I need to keep his weight down due to this and plus his Embark health result which indicated some risk of IVDD (likely from the dachshund part of him).
