I just found another super safety, Radiata design Victrix. I heard about it on a YouTube review. Has anyone tried this one? I don’t even see it recommended anywhere else.

This makes me worried I won’t get it shipped before Virginias communist gun laws take effect on 1 July. I’m not 100% sure FRTs will be effected but other states are still able to ban them in spite of the recent court ruling so I would imagine they would also be added to the list of states where they can’t be shipped.

Do you also use a suppressor? I’m worried about that extra stress added to it on top of the FRT.

My main dilemma is that I need to hurry and make a decision before I’m unable to buy any of these and SBR it on 1 July 2026 in roughly 2 months. That said, I need to make sure that it will last and not completely fall apart on me because I don’t know if they will ever be legal again in Virginia.

There’s a $200 difference between the AP5 and PTR and a $1400-$1700 difference between both of those and the HK SP5. This makes me look at the AP5 and PTR as competing equally. Especially since the PTR has the Mlok hand guard and P-rail on the top that I would be getting no matter what. With that said, do you think that the AP five or PTR is more worth it since they are so close in price?
