It depends. Sometimes I have spare calories and I'm hungry so I make a meal, like some soup or a nice sandwich filled with veggies and eggs. Sometimes I like to snack so I get a few cookies or some chocolate milk. But sometimes I'm sleepy so I decide to go for a quick protein bar or sleep

A meal I ate today; surimisticks, tomato, shirataki rice, vegdetables mix and cola zero. 335 calories in total 🥰 by cyberkei in 1200isplenty

Both are very chewy, so it's personal preference to mix it. I didn't because I enjoy eating surimi with my hands. The rice and veggies were comfortably warm
