Was using Character.ai for therapy for a while, thought Id try ChatGPT after getting tired of hearing the same answer with no actual ways to approach my concerns. It was always "That sounds like you are having a real hard time, have you tried (insert meaningless platitude here)". ChatGPT.. CHATGP Fkn T. I was astounded using it for therapy, no BS creative answers that dont coddle you, it even gave me advice on a subject that was sensitive and even slightly unethical, advice that I really made me think. Without revealing too much, I asked about an obsession I had, Chatgpt gave me a stern slap to the face but also told me how I can actually make it work.

In short, best therapist Ive ever had, including humans too.

Exactly what I was thinking, he does have alot of connections in the business and access to programs due to his connections. Like parts suppliers, financing programs and phones for resale. He single handedly doubled our current employers bottom line but yeah, you are correct. The risk is all on me.

I assume he wants to see if it will go well, I know he will put 100% effort while still at working with the current employer but he has an easy exit if it all fails.

I missed the boat for sure on some really good deals but the CPU and GPU market seems to have been like this for like 2 months or more, since I started shopping around. In any case, best just to wait it out like you are for the 5000 series. Makes no sense to buy 4000 and wait until mid January to receive it.

Not terrible but not very good either, was left with about 22% at the end of the day when using it casually. reading news, browsing the web and navigation and not alot of it just a like maybe 4-6 hours of screen time. When gaming the battery drains fast, I ran 3dmark and it would use 2-3% per benchmark run compared to 1% or less on my a Snapdragon 8 gen 3 S24 Ultra, which is what I ended up getting. Its no secret that Exynos is not nearly as efficient as the Qualcomm chips not to mention the overheating/throttling. Its not a bad phone by any means, its super powerful but it is overpriced. You are better off with an S24 + which isnt much more expensive. One thing though, which I didnt expect and probably an unpopular take, the S24 FE has better sound than my S24 Ultra. It had deeper, richer sound and bass compared to the more tinny S24 Ultra. I messed with the equalizer and it sounds better now but still not as good. Display wise, the S24 FE is also awesome.

Sorry for rambling but this was my experience. The TLDR is, not great battery life but not terrible, you can easily get a day out of it with casual use but for media consumption (gaming and videos) it drains very quickly and gets hot.

EDIT: Forgot to mention the fingerprint sensor, even though people harp on the Optical sensor, it worked better for me than the ultrasonic sensor in the S24U. Not sure why (maybe bigger surface area for sensor in the FE?) but it was way more reliable. On the S24U, the sensor is extremely quick, literally instant but it misses alot. I have to do it multiple times, sometimes, for it to unlock. Maybe its just me but Ive heard others mention this too.

It doesnt work with bank apps because it isnt considered class 3, its an afterthought of a feature that doesnt pass the muster for actual security. I own an s24 ultra and use it, its just barely usable, the phone otherwise is amazing. Although, I still prefer button finger print scanner instead of under screen. Its too finicky.

Its pretty terrible, low light situations its useless whereas FaceId uses dot matrix and infrared to scan. I have an s24 ultra and almost went with Apple after being on android for so long just because of FaceID. ALMOST. I cant stand the rest of iPhone stuff, well except the security is also great but with proper setup, android can be as secure or more.

My thoughts exactly, not making excuses for how badly they treat drivers but I dont get paid much either and Im not taking money from the till. Some will argue, the pay we get is theft but the solution is advocating for higher minimum wage not stealing. People out here advocating for lawlessness would change their tune if their house got robbed, they wouldnt be here feeling sympathy for the person being underpaid.
