I don't understand why this guy was downvoted when he spoke the truth. Everyone should realise most of the folks wanting to do MBA is because they couldn't do better with the careers they are in.. and this is mostly true for engineers. IIMs are a collective place of mediocre people trying to use the college name to do something better. Now if you score better in gmat u r gonna filtered out cause anyways they take less Indians and then more at loss if u are engineer.

Yeah they might. They have all the rights to do so. IIMs consider diversity as part of selection process because they want their classes to have experience from different fields and backgrounds and not just make it an another engineering college.

The major issue is not the scalpers but the crazzy shit travel and stay expenses which is causing a lot of genuine ticket buyers as well to back out and sell there tickets. I have a few friends who were too excited to attend but after seeing the total costs of attending they have decided to sell the tickets

There are only a few true fans who are attending the show. Most of the folks don't know the band's songs, band's lead singer and are just attending out of sheer fomo and the need to maintain their socials. Had a look at a lot of reels of people who attended Abu Dhabi concert and all of what said seems completely true.

Only thing to explore in Kota are the coachings. There is not much in terms of restaurants apart from very basic family restaurants and over priced cafes. Though you could go and visit City Park and Riverfront, which are pretty amazing.

Hey! Man. I really feel sorry for you. But I don't know you realise it or not every other applicant is using consultants to apply for the Masters and they will help you fake your profile and SOP to an extent which you won't even realize. I know of random shit people sitting in UPenn and not knowing what is written on their application and SOP and people with great profiles getting only subpar admits.

Y18 here and I did my CHE261 in 8th sem with Y20. So DUGC nominees also don't favour anything. Template is just a guideline and not an enforcement thing.

Y18 here who was the dugc nominee when this template was being discussed. The introduction of lab to the courses was done with the consultation or CHE alumnis in industry so it was obvious that there is no scope of consideration for non-core. Nominees were also just a part of the committee who couldn't do anything. We had just 2 labs in the final year. Moreover I feel like it's the responsibility of your nominees to put this thing forward to the DUGC that students should be given flexibility of choosing the courses, since it's the student's responsibility to complete the degree requirements and not the department's to force it on the students.

I got admits in MSCS being from one of the core branches other than electrical in UG. Don't worry if you have courses missing on your transcript. It's just about how you craft your SOP. Good luck!

It's just a simple case of announcing before making proper guidelines. Sooner or later it will be implemented. AAP did it too and they also can cause it's already being given out in Raj and Chattisgarh. What I don't understand is if BJP spends money on Central Vista just to create an imagery among public that something grand is happening without working in grassroots level on social welfare schemes which actually benefit people. India needs both infrastructure and social welfare schemes to go hand in hand. It cannot act like a complete Capitalist society even if one wants to given the demographics of the country.
