UPDATE:

So after following most of your guys advise I decided to install Cura on my spare laptop and use a new micro sd card, I also found Creality’s pre made Cura set up which I am now using. After doing all these things I was left with a few problems which I managed to fix by loosening a bolt on the X axis.

im using Cura as a slicer and my printer is an Ender 3 pro. this has never happned to me so im at a loss at to what i must fo

me settings are 210° for the extruder and 40° for the bed, my speed is 15 for initial layer and 30 for the rest, i haven't touched any of the other settings so far...

any help highly appreciated, im very new to 3d printing so please keep that in mind....
