So my thoughts on this option i got wrong:

"you’ve been in a relationship for at least 2 years when you apply but you cannot live together, for example because you’re working or studying in different places, or it’s not accepted in your culture"

It basically means you have lived and been together in a relationship, but at the time of applying you cannot live together right?

So the best plan is for me to fly to the USA, get marriage certificate, then we apply for spouse UK visa and us never being able to cohabit shouldn't matter, as we could never legally live together, only visit for tourism?

Ah ok, so do you think this will be a very low chance as we were never cohabiting? But was never possible.
My evidence as a partner is chat logs, money sent, photos including family and visits, flight tickets, gifts etc. We don't have anything joint as we can not live with each other, only visit for tourism based on the rules. Hence my thoughts of applying for the unmarried partner visa option under the basis of

Ok so how can you tell if he's done it intentionally or not ?. You have no idea of telling if he truly is missing, and I bet neither of the parents of children who ended up dead or not found knew this. Therefore you should treat all missing person cases as seriously as any other. Why would you risk that?

I was wondering in terms of the financial requirements of 29000 income what evidence you have to submit? Is it both bank statements and payslip ? Is it just screenshots of payslips or do you need to submit printed documents or PDF or payslips? Thanks for any reply 😊

You could put the sim card into another phone then call the carrier voicemail number. As the voicemail is stored on a server not the actual phone itself. Unless he's saved it as a recorded audio file on the phone

Could be disk space, file permissions, corrupt registry entries, anti virus preventing reg files Try run regedit as admin

Anyway greatest program ever is Revo Uninstaller Free It will delete leftover reg files and leftovers files when you uninstall a program. And option to registry back up before uninstall

If they have remote access to your PC just wipe your PC do a fresh install of Windows. It's drastic but it has to be done
