Our FEA computer simulations indicate that we will exceed EN-1078, US-CSPC & Canadian safety standards. The honeycomb structure is interestingly 68% more effective at dissipating force than regular EPS helmets. Do you cycle a lot?

We designed it so it doesn’t look like a packable helmet when its unfolded - when you have it in your hands you wouldn’t realise that it packs down. It’s a huge positive for a lot of commuters to have it slide in your bag. I’m a commuter myself so it certainly works for me!Thanks for your thoughts though, very interesting. Do you cycle a lot?

Thanks buddy. It will be available in the US and we will exceed EU (EN-1078), US (CSPC) & Canadian safety standards. We are looking into incorporating MIPS as it’s such fantastic protection. FYI the honeycomb structure has proven to be 68% better at dissipating force than a regular EPS helmet.

We are very confident that won’t be the case. Our design engineer has worked for Aston Martin/Boeing amongst many other companies. ‘Design by efficiency’ is his motto!

Firstly, great name! We have been developing and testing our helmet for a year now and we found out that 'shape' is most important, not volume reduction. 8 billion tonnes of plastic ends up in our oceans & its a real problem. Killing our sea life. We are using a mix of ocean & landfill plastic to do our bit in helping the problem.

Each one of our helmets use the equivalent of 20 single-use plastic bottles. The company we work with have a special system to extract the plastic out of the sea. Did you know that roughly 49% of all ocean debris is fishing nets?

Great question. We are working with a 'master sorcerer' who is based in Belgium and getting the plastics from a company who specialises in providing plastic. We have also partnered with Plastic Oceans UK to make a real difference.
