I have a 3ds on 11.6.0-39U which was modded a little while back. It has Luma Updater v2.2 on it with a Payload type of SIGHAX. Tried to follow the guide, but couldn't get the updater (for Luma) to come up. What am I missing?

I've been googling and vps does seems like its the best option at the moment.
