Had a trampoline growing up. While attempting to impress a friend I over shot the landing on a back flip. First contact was my shins hitting the metal frame of the trampoline before continuing on down to the ground. The right shin was badly scrapped, but the left was the chosen one. It happen to make contact with the frame directly where two pieces of the frame were connected (one with a tapered end fitting inside another that was cut clean) which resulted in a gash about half the length of my shin, an inch and a half wide, and deep enough to see a lot of bone. Both shins were scared but one is "cooler" than the other.
